Our Projects

BBG is currently developing several projects in the Balkan Region, among them some highly attractive plots of land offered for development and construction of residential, retail and office space areas. We also offer available real estate properties and industry properties for managing or construction development. Another business area is to offer existing companies for sale on the corporate market. 

BBG develops both smaller projects with totals between  €100 000 and
€1 000 000, as well as larger projects from €1 000 000 and up.

In the future BBG also intends to build up a portfolio of managed properties on the Balkans focusing on residential, retail, hotel and office space properties. The aim is to secure long-term cash flow stability for future investments.
